Mission Statement

Friends of the San Juan Raya Museum is a volunteer group dedicated to supporting the local community of San Juan Raya in preserving, maintaining, and enhancing eco-tourism. We promote awareness and responsible engagement with the region’s unique paleo-historic heritage—including Early Cretaceous sauropod and theropod tracks, fossilized flora, and marine specimens—through collaboration with the community committee in charge of eco-tourism, the museum, and local guides.
